"Error in format_data(as.data.frame(outcome_dat), type = "outcome", snps = snps, : None of the specified columns present"
I am trying to read a local dataset using the read_outcome_data function within the TwoSample MR. But i get this error mesages anytime i try. The column names of the dataset are in perfect alignment with the functions requirment yet this error persist.
