[Suggestion]: Add parameters for which methods to use and add to the output mr_report()

The mr_report html functionality is so nice and makes it so easy to easily put together analyses. But we still must do other analyses/mr methods independently. I don't have the programming background to contribute to this feature, but i think it would greatly increase the speed of being able to put a study together!
