Provide documentation about how to upgrade the farm

E.g. if you put in staging slot then it will overtake the existing ones in Octopus so you have to restart if aborting. If you vip swap and delete the existing prod then you need to restart the new prod to get them back in Octopus.

Alternatively, an in-place upgrade should be ok.
