Minor unit error in calibration example

The documentation of examples/fundus_camera_calibration.ipynb contains a minor unit error. In cell 3, calculate_magnification, the docstring states that object_size should be in millimeters ('Size of the object, in millimeters.'), but the default value suggests it's meters. That would make more sense, because the ccd size is also stated to be in meters.
