Description
Running fuse.py without editing any inputs can produce different results.
This can really inflate git history & make it really difficult to tell what's changed.
We also need key order to be consistent so mappers can build up their muscle memory of the "stable" definitions.
Kinda ties into #5.
Once code meets the design spec we can focus on consistent .ent formatting etc.
But for right now basic functionality comes first.
Functional > Consistent > Pretty
