Enable deleting pools #13
Description
Problem Statement
Pools cannot be deleted from the web UI. This would mostly be useful when the pool failed, or for invalid submissions.
Proposed Solution
Enable deleting pools using the web interface. This could be done by adding a Delete button below the pools table on the Designs page, which would become enabled when selecting one or more pools with checkboxes. A confirmation prompt should be shown, making it clear that deleting is permanent and saying how many designs will be deleted.
Deleting a pool should delete the Pool object, the Design objects and the DescriptorValue objects. The DesignJob could stay, or could also be deleted.
