Manuals distributed with MS:R found in ./msr/manual are horrifically out of date, they need to be rewritten almost from the ground up.

My suggestion is to delete all of the manual files, write tutorial articles for the In-Game Wiki Articles and then we'll have maintained copies to ship with the game.
