Remove tink_pure depedency #76
Description
I want to get to a 1.0, but tink_pure is unlikely to reach that without major effort. This library depends on it mostly for convenience (and the observability checker "knows" about it, but that can be left as is), so aside from a little annoyance for users, no harm is done by removing it.
