Generate certificate

First of all, thanks for bringing this into separate project! I need to replace my repo with this one - will do and report soon =)

Now to the question.. is it possible to programmatically create a certificate/key pair using existing code?

This should atleast be possible to implement since we are working with OpenSSL library directly.

There is a good example by ICS - TSSLCertTools, but their code is not compatible with Linux.

PS, people will find here one way or another. They need TLS 1.3 with Indy! =)
