Profile page generation script should update on label changes

According to our new URL format, the profile page generation script creates the URL based on the item label.

For example Item:Q6821151 has a sitelink to:
https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/wiki/Pendulum_clock

If the item labels changes, the profile generation script should recreate the profile page using the new label and create a redirection from the old label to the new label.

In this case: https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/wiki/Item:Q6821151 the item was renamed from Pendulum clock to Pendulum.

When that happens:

• The profile page should automatically create https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/wiki/Pendulum
• Update the sitelink accordingly
• Redirect https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/wiki/Pendulum_clock to https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/wiki/Pendulum

... if no pagelink exists. Otherwise, this would also apply to all pages that are edited. It's something I can implement with just a few lines of code, but I would like to discuss that with @ktabelow and @timconrad upfront to ensure nobody is surprised.
