Supply repository management solution for OpenFaaS

As discussed we would like to give the developers the freedom to develop locally so the production functions will be hosted on ghcr and compiled using GitHub Actions, while the local OpenFaaS implementations should have access to the local docker socket to allow using a precompiled images as functions.
