Can't apply sRGB clamp with Novideo settings

This has been inconsistent and I can't figure out why. Sometimes I've been able to successfully apply the sRGB clamp, other times not. Lately I can't get it to work at all. I click the checkbox to apply clamp, I hit apply on the bottom right, and nothing changes. I open up the setting again to check, and it's still set to not apply clamp.

Have you been keeping up with Nvidia driver updates? 591.xx driver branch introduced some problems preventing novideo_srgb from loading correctly.
