Hi, all the analysis worked till 'Enrichment Analysis using Enrichr' except the above mentioned sections.

Hi @MSaadfarooq , thank you for your issue. I'm assuming you're talking about these steps in the Bulk RNA-seq analysis pipeline, and that your notebook execution stopped (?) before the aforementioned sections.

If you share the link to your executed notebook we can investigate and possibly trigger a re-run for you. It's possible that a momentary depletion of server resources is the reason you experienced this, but I was not able to reproduce it now.

Hi, following is the link for bulk RNAseq DESeq2 pipeline, it was not stopped but results not shown or if something went wrong then no error displayed.

Hi @MSaadfarooq ; the issue is basically that this appyter expects Entrez Gene symbols but your matrix uses Ensembl symbols.

The ensembl symbols work fine for most of the appyter, but not the enrichment analysis.

You can try using the Gene Conversion Appyter to do the conversion (be sure to specify the file format as csv).
