Can't generate the jupyter notebook

I'm using the published data by Gtex but it isn't generating the notebook, it only appears the message "To continue, please select one of the options below" but there isn't any options

Hi, It is still not fixed and I am getting the same message as @marecm
"To continue, please select one of the options below:"
Further it has this message: "If you wish to receive more information on the issue, including suggestions on resolving it, please insert your name and e-mail below"
I have entered my name and email, but nothing happens after that.
