Error = 413 Request Entity Too Large

Hello, thank you for the tool!

I am trying to run biojupies for a dataset with 120 samples with 18.7 MB . 

When I try to run the notebook, it fails with error 413 Request Entity Too Large. Do you know what might be happening?
