Receiving RNA seq expression data from Fastq files

Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to get the RNA gene expression counts form the notebook after uploading fastq files? In videos they show it's an option to download the RNA gene expression data, but there is no link to download the counts for any of my notebooks.
