Notebook Generation Fail

Hello,
I hope this post finds you well.

First of all, thank you for the convenient tool.

I have tried generating a notebook with a paired-end RNAseq fastq.gz files, all below 5GB, three times. It failed all three times. Really the only option I am given is giving my name and my email contact information, and I do not know how to proceed from here with BioJupies. Could you kindly take a look into this please?
