matched description to pubmed and gse ids in gmt files

Hello -- I ran pathway enrichment analysis using gmt files downloaded from Rummagene and RummaGEO.
I wonder if there are files containing matched description (aka paper title and condition 1 & 2 etc.) with pubmed/GSE ids? thank you very much!
