Dashboard Groups filter needs to be handles as master

Currently, the group fields are coming from https://localhost:55605/api/status/live. However, the fields should come from a separate master group service so that the group fields remain unchanged when filtering. Right now, when the groups are filtered, the fields also get filtered because the data is coming from https://localhost:55605/api/status/live
