Permission denied from accessing ChemProt website while fine-tuning sequence tagging model

Got 403 Forbidden from accessing the ChemProt website while running the example of fine-tuning sequence tagging model following its README.

I checked the huggingface site and see they have the same link with the same error so I posted an issue there -- we'll see whether they have any information about whether this is temporary or not.

Resolved by #230, now we pull the dataset from huggingface instead.
