Menu button does not stay hidden #616

Describe the bug
After toggling the "Show menu button" to off in settings exit the app and force quitting it, re entering the app shows the menu button again, despite the "Show menu button" remaining off. The very easy fix is to go into settings and toggle the setting on and off again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Using an Apple iPhone or iPad, save the website to desktop by clicking the share button and adding it to the home screen.
  2. Run the website from the home screen and allow access from the server like you would normally.
  3. Go into the settings and toggle the "Show menu button" to off. Save the settings.
  4. Depending on your device, either swipe up from the bottom of the screen or double tap the home button to view all background apps. Swipe up on the Macro Deck web app to release/force quit it.
  5. Launch the app from the home screen again to see the menu button.

Expected behavior
I expected to relaunch Macro Deck and have the menu button stay hidden. Also, when going back into the settings, the switch is in the off position, implying the website remembered the setting but the menu button is still being shown.

Additional context
I figured a log file wasn't needed as this doesn't seem like an edge case and is simply something that has been forgotten in the code. I don't mean that in a rude way, I seriously love this app and think it's fantastic. If I am being an idiot (and there's a high chance I am), I'll happily upload a log file upon request as this bug is very reproducible.

Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing this!
