How do you put the library in the project?

I am a little bit of a beginner when it comes to c++. How do you add it to your project? I'm a little stuck...

Hello, could you give me some information, like what editor are you using ? Are you using cmake or not ?

I am using QC IDE. How do you put it in the project? Do you just copy over all the files? If so, what do you #include?
Edit: Yes, it does use cmake. The file name in my ide says CMakeLists.txt
Edit 2: Ooohh, never mind. I forgot to scroll down. It says the instructions at the bottom. (I have this problem a lot, which is a little concerning...) All good!
