Integration of TinyStatus an page generator that monitors services

Purpose

Monitoring services available on MC and displaying them on a clean and responsive web page.

Requirements

Accessing a route that displays the page generated by TinyStatus. This page should display at least 3 different services and theirs statuses. TinyStatus should work out of the box without required configuration from operator.

Deliverable

• Accessing the /status route displays the TinyStatus dashboard.
• A checks.yaml configuration file for TinyStatus defining the following services: JupyterHub, FreeIPA and PuppetServer
• A directory grouping the necessary files for TinyStatus to work
