no sound

I have flashed this module in lineage os 22 and magisk 29_ but I get no sound on my cheap DAC.

I also have installed but tried disabling
Audio misc setting
Jitter silencer
DRC remover
Resampling for cheapies

What could be wrong?

Probably your phone cannot support the USB HAL audio driver, but only can use an offload driver like recent Pixles. This module can't support such offload drivers except Pixels.

This is funny because with lineage os 21 (a14) I also had this same module and it worked fine. Its just after formatting and changing to los 22.2 that the problem came.

I cannot do anything for your USB HAL driver. My module only uses the USB HAL driver offered by the OS.

I'm sorry if I don't understand your answer well.

I was asking if this module is known to work on android 15 like lineageos or crdroid. The description only mentions android 14.

That way I can know if it is just a problem of my device ROM or something wider.

All your other modules seem to work OK for me.

This module can work on Android 15 and 16 with a working AOSP USB audio HAL driver and a 7.x HIDL audio policy configuration. Some custom and stock ROMs on qcomm phones may not work because of no working USB audio HAL driver.

I'm not trying to hijack this thread, but can you confirm your module works on the Pixel 9 Pro running Android 16 (base OS just rooted with LSposed).

I read your description on the readme page but I wasn't 100% sure if you meant the module could be used with recent Pixel devices or if they are excluded from and not able to use it.

This module cannot work on Pixel9's. Although till Pixel 6's it can on them.
