Req: Add WebView to WebView implementation in developer settings

Add WebView to WebView implementation in developer settings, ability to choose other than Google's system WebView.

Like mulch or cromite. Your magisk module doesn't add the option to dev settings (android 11 at least).

Like lsposed module anywebviewisok.

Unfortunately Anywebview also does not work. I can't install cromite because it has same package name as the system webview.

As I found out (very late :D) Android uses custom tabs since quite a while now, and therefor the system webview almost got irrelevant, because nearly every app that uses webview, uses custom tabs. That is much better anyway, because u have the activated addons of your default browser also in the custom tabs. So by tweaking your default browser, you speedup every app that uses custom tabs. It is like having a new phone since I did that.

Yes but many apps still uses WebView, so it's good to keep WebView tweaks alive

Of course, it does not hurt :) But the amount of apps is already really low.
