Flashlight issue after reaching desired battery level

I am using A9 2018 already rooted running Android 10 and it works fine. My concern is when the charging stops (i set it up at 80%), my flashlight doesn't work anymore. The only way to bring flashlight capability back, is to wait for the battery falls down and start charging again, remove charger before 80%, then only flashlight will work again. Hopefully this can be fix, as I use flashlight on daily basis.
