Write rxTransferFunctionFileName to MDF #87
Description
In MPIFIles we have support for the custom field /acquisitition/receiver/rxTransferFunctionFileName, we should write this when creating an MDF.
This might get a little bit more difficult, with the changes in branch JA/field-control as each channel can have its own TF and therefore filename. So maybe we have to make it an array with a tf per channel.
