Implement a main entry point

The application from screenshots looks very interesting, however, the available documentation prevents me to understand how does one actually launch it and play around with it. I would actually like to try to see if theapplication can be bundled with AppBundler to uncover any unaddressed bugs.

It would be great if the application could expose the MPIUI.@main function as documented here https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/manual/command-line-interface/#The-Main.main-entry-point

Hi, the project in this public repository stalled since we move the development into a private repository. Further, right now the application(s) included in MPIUI are actually only valuable for people investigating magnetic particle imaging.

It looks cool, though, and it could help someone in evaluating the Gtk stack when developing GUI applications in Julia.
