Support for ControlzEx 7.0.1

When updating ControlzEx latest version via nuget, It gives error:
Unable to resolve dependencies. 'ControlzEx 7.0.1' is not compatible with 'MahApps.Metro 2.4.10 constraint: ControlzEx (>= 4.4.0 && < 6.0.0)'.

That is expected and no bug. The newer version of ControlsEx is incompatible. Use the nightly builds of MahApps 3.x. This should be compatible in case you need any feature.
