AD: Send events based on aggregated data

Currenty an event is sent on every single image detection (serveral times a second).
To stabilise the light scenes and reduce noise the event should be based on aggregated data.

AC:

• updates are sent more sparely
• transmitted event depends on averages of probabilities of subjects state
