This includes a security fix:

- CVE-2025-5889 (affected brace-expansion <= 1.1.11/2.0.1/3.0.0/4.0.0)

These upgrades mean brace-expansion is now set to 1.1.12
(brace-expansion is a transitive dependency of
@stylistic/eslint-plugin, @vitest/coverage-v8, rimraf, and
typescript-eslint).
