`annotations` with blank text input won't show up

As displayed in the doc, if the text parameter is not given, nothing shows up, including the lines and arrows.

Oh yeah that's a regression, can you find out when this started happening? I wonder why the refimages didn't catch it, maybe there are no arrows without text in there

Hi Julius, I think the issue starts from v0.24.8 (I tested the example code with GLMakie@0.13.8). Not sure if this is caused by #5448.
