Hello,
Thank you very much for sharing this repository and your excellent work. I am a senior undergraduate student currently reading your paper and trying to learn from it by reproducing some of the experiments.
When I ran compare_homo_methods.R, I noticed that it calls a Python script named sim_test_one.py for the Fréchet test. However, I could not find this file in the repository, so I was wondering whether I may have overlooked it.
If possible, could you please let me know where this script is available, or how I might reproduce that part of the experiment?
I have been able to run the R-based parts, but I am currently unable to reproduce the Fréchet-test comparison without the Python script.
Thank you very much for your help.
