Refactor MetricsCapture to MetricsCaptureMixin

Introducing a MetricsCaptureMixin will allow us to reuse this code in classes that should not subclass ContainerManager::MetricsCapture such as Kubevirt::InfraManager::MetricsCapture

Needed for:

• Use MetricsCaptureMixin in Kubevirt MetricsCapture manageiq-providers-kubevirt#266
