Discover RedFish provider via network scan

In Cloudforms, it is possible to scan an IPv4 range for XClarity physical infra provider.

Could you do the same for RedFish ?

Basiscaly, for each IP of the range, do a HTTP(s) check port X for /redfish/v1

@SLoeuillet it is possible to add support for this, but isn't implemented currently.

If you look at https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-vmware/blob/master/app/models/manageiq/providers/vmware/discovery.rb it should give you and idea of where to start.
