MIQ cannot connect STF with RHOSP17.1

When trying to add an OpenStack Cloud provider (rhosp17.1) in ManageIQ using the STF Event source (v1.5) , the validation always fails, even though the STF endpoint is resolvable and reachable from the ManageIQ server.

1. Deploy ManageIQ
2. Add an OpenStack provider and select STF as the Event source.
3. Fill in the STF fields:
   • Security Protocol: SSL without validation
   • Hostname: default-interconnect-5671-service-telemetry.apps.rhocp-ovirt.local.lan
   • API Port: 443
4. Click Validate.
   Observed result: Validation fails with Task did not complete successfully.

Hey @mathgonzlez thank you for the bug report, are you able to get the logs that show the error? Using the appliance you can use journalctl -t evm to get the evm logs
