Allow instagram posts to be pulled into activity feed #2625

Right now, the activity feed can include tweets and items in an RSS feed. This new feature would expand the activity feed so that it could pull in Instagram posts via hashtag, as well.
Why is this feature important? Who does it help?
for user communities that use Instagram, it's an important space of communication. the initial request for this feature came from a group of scholars who are creating a manual for social justice educators in Latin America. They anticipate that there will be discussion of their project on Instagram and asked whether Manifold could pull in such posts.
User Stories
I'm an author of a Manifold text and I want to spread the word of it via Instagram. I tag my insta post with my manifold hashtag and would love to see it -- and replies people post with the hashtag -- show up in the project feed
