Subdomains for journals, to allow masked redirects

It would be nice to be able to have a dedicated subdomain for a journal on Manifold.

This could be valuable because it could allow for masked redirects. Such that a manifold journal at https://myjournal.cuny.manifoldapp.org (for example) could appear to be at https://myjournal.mydomain.org
