Add A Banner That Has Every Characters And Banner That Has Every Weapons

I think it would be fun if there's a banner with every characters, and a banner with every weapons, just to see what you would get with every pulls. It also would be a great gacha experience since you basically have an equal chance of getting every single characters/weapons in the game.
