RPM packages

Hello,

I was a little bored so I spent some time to RPM package the stuff so that it might be a little easier to use it.

Currently there's built packages for RHEL 9 and Fedora Core 41, but anyone can use the src.rpm files and try to build on for example RHEL 8, RHEL 10 etc.

Consider this a work in progress.

This is great! Would you mind to add also DEB packages for Debian like systems?
