Using radius dictionary values to set attributes

I've defined a vendor-specific dictionary like this:

radius.dictionary APC 318 {
        attribute APC-Service-Type      1       integer
        {
                Admin         1
                Device        2
                ReadOnly      3
        }
}

In a profile, I can set the attribute using set radius[APC:APC-Service-Type] = 1. The logs on a radius auth show APC:APC-Service-Type=Admin. But anything I've attempted to do in the profile to use Admin instead of 1 fails the config check, and I haven't been able to find any documentation or examples that set attributes based on enumerated values. Is this possible, and if so, what's the correct syntax?
