Textures of different blocks don't line up perfectly:

Probable cause

This may be because in the texture atlas, dirt and grass top are next to each other.
As seen in the image (exaggerated a lot), the area used for grass (red) very slightly overlaps with the dirt texture.
This may be because dirt.x1 == grass.x0 (WebGL probably uses both ends as inclusive).

Fix

In renderer/atals_data.js, add 1 pixel to x0 of each texture

It's started happening again, this time only visible when far away:

This issue is ressurrected again, 940 days later...

Cause: the fragment shader gets a texCoord value slightly outside the 'domain' of its triangle (extrapolation instead of interpolation) so the sampler puts it in the next texture.

Possible solution:

1. Add code to the fragment shader to clamp it to the correct texture, also requires a 3rd component of texCoord which gives the index of the current texture to clamp to (same for all vertices in a triangle so not interpolated)
2. Same as 1 but stretch it instead
3. Make each texture bigger by 1-2px so it overflows
4. Make the textures larger
