Doesn't show a plot, only shows the word "Loading ..."

I installed the extension and wolframscript, then made a plot (using the obsidian command palette) and pressed submit. However, I never see anything showing up other than the word "Loading ..." no matter how long I wait. Did I do anything wrong?
