Trade cards out of boosters

Add a way to trade cards out of boosters (one-way for a card in hand). The card received from the other party would be auto disenchanted. To make this very clear, the person with the booster should have to be the one to make the trade, and it should use something like YYY-booster instead of just the card ID.

Also, this particular method would block self-trading. In general we could just use this as an excuse to block self-trading for everything seeing as all it is usually is a point sink.
