Maybe add OpenAPI/Swagger from MCPTool ?

Hello ,

I have seen your post about adding https://blog.lhotka.net/2025/10/02/A-Simple-CSLA-MCP-Server and I think that , in addition to MCP , it will be great if we add automatically a swagger OpenAPI to this .NET MCP . This way you can also search programatically.

If do you agree , I can provide a Pull Request for this .
