Version 5.4.2 prerelease

Hello everyone,

There is now a prerelease of version 5.4.2 available in NuGet.

This release fixes bugs from version 5.4.1.

Please test this update, especially if you reported one of the bugs that have been fixed.

I expect this release to go live in about a week unless you identify problems.
