CSLA Version 8.1.0 prerelease online

I have pushed a prerelease of CSLA version 8.1.0 to NuGet.

I expect to finalize this release later this week assuming you don't find any show-stopping issues.

CSLA .NET version 8.0.0 adds features and bug fixes. It also drops support for .NET 7.

Primary changes in this release include:

• Remove .NET 7 support #3637
• MobileFormatter and its reader/writer should be async #1376
• Data portal should call WaitForIdle on root object before returning #3755

And massive amounts of overall code modernization thanks to @SimonCropp
