Please streamline `pip install` process

Hi there,

We are attempting to use AutoRAG in a class setting. It has come to our attention that it takes significant time to install, and many installed packages don't seem relevant. For instance, AutoRAG[parse] installs multiple versions of langsmith and the transformers libraries:

For context, I am installing via pip on Python 3.11. My Macbook is generally pretty powerful, so this isn't a matter of CPU.

It would be best to double-check all of these dependencies and ensure that you're only requiring users to install those that are absolutely necessary. (It is 20 minutes and I am still stuck on installation.)
