    孟 子 曰: [
+    Master Mèng (孟) said:
    以力假仁者霸: 霸必有大国.
+    With force practice false justice should dominate: dominating must have superior State.
    以德行仁者王: 王不待大. [1]
+    With virtue practice justice would thrive: thriving may not await superior.

    汤 以七十里. "文" 王 以百里.
