Addresses preference enums Decoder error when encountering unexpected value; more public initializers to all preferences lexicons

1) Decoder error: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.

Root cause: ThreadViewPreferencesDefinition::SortingMode failing on value "top" that was being set from Bluesky preference screen.

2) Addresses all preference enumerations for similar unexpected value issues

3) Added public initializers to all preferences lexicons where they where missing

4) Added the "lab_treeViewEnabled" option to the ThreadViewPreferencesDefinition
